Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vermicelli (thin noodles)

  • 1 liter full-fat milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 cup mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins)

  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • A pinch of saffron strands (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons rose water

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add the vermicelli. Roast until it turns golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
